調研組一(yi)行先后前往資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)縣(xian)球溪鎮血(xue)橙(cheng)(cheng)標準化(hua)加工(gong)(gong)基地(di)產(chan)(chan)(chan)地(di)倉(cang)、資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)(gong)銷為(wei)農(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業園(yuan)區進(jin)行調研。在(zai)球溪標準化(hua)加工(gong)(gong)基地(di),四川(chuan)供(gong)(gong)(gong)銷果蔬產(chan)(chan)(chan)業發展有(you)限公司經(jing)營(ying)(ying)負責(ze)人張剛就(jiu)“資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)血(xue)橙(cheng)(cheng)”的經(jing)營(ying)(ying)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)、品牌建(jian)設情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)以(yi)及為(wei)農(nong)服務體系工(gong)(gong)作進(jin)行了(le)詳細(xi)匯(hui)報;在(zai)資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)(gong)銷為(wei)農(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業園(yuan)區,集團(tuan)冷鏈事(shi)業部部長岳洪松、集團(tuan)專(zhuan)家顧問(wen)團(tuan)成員劉建(jian)軍(jun)教授(shou)、王(wang)杰(jie)博士分別就(jiu)園(yuan)區工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設、經(jing)營(ying)(ying)思路、技術方案(an)等(deng)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)行了(le)詳細(xi)匯(hui)報。集團(tuan)黨委書記、董事(shi)長鄧華對資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)縣(xian)域三級為(wei)農(nong)服務體系建(jian)設情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)做了(le)整體匯(hui)報。
蔡(cai)邦銀對棉麻集(ji)團“資(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)血橙(cheng)”業(ye)(ye)務(wu)開(kai)展(zhan)情況、資(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)銷為(wei)(wei)農(nong)(nong)產業(ye)(ye)園區建(jian)設(she)情況以(yi)及資(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)縣(xian)域三級(ji)為(wei)(wei)農(nong)(nong)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)建(jian)設(she)情況給予了充(chong)分肯定(ding)。他要(yao)求(qiu),一是棉麻集(ji)團作為(wei)(wei)省(sheng)級(ji)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)產業(ye)(ye)化龍頭企(qi)業(ye)(ye),要(yao)積(ji)極拓展(zhan)“資(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)血橙(cheng)”優(you)果與次果業(ye)(ye)務(wu)的不同(tong)(tong)渠道,找準(zhun)產地倉與產業(ye)(ye)園區的區別(bie)定(ding)位,從多方面(mian)入手,在鮮(xian)果銷售、原料供(gong)應、精(jing)深加工(gong)(gong)等各級(ji)賽道同(tong)(tong)時發(fa)力,打(da)造(zao)特色產品、抓(zhua)住新興市場、激發(fa)產業(ye)(ye)活力;同(tong)(tong)時內江市各級(ji)政(zheng)府(fu)要(yao)不斷完(wan)(wan)善扶(fu)持政(zheng)策,持續優(you)化產業(ye)(ye)結構、培育壯大主導產業(ye)(ye),共同(tong)(tong)推動“資(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)血橙(cheng)”優(you)勢產業(ye)(ye)實(shi)現穩定(ding)、高質量發(fa)展(zhan);二是要(yao)加快推進資(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)銷為(wei)(wei)農(nong)(nong)產業(ye)(ye)園區與三級(ji)為(wei)(wei)農(nong)(nong)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系(xi)建(jian)設(she),要(yao)真(zhen)抓(zhua)實(shi)干(gan)做好(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)作,保質保量完(wan)(wan)成建(jian)設(she)任務(wu),達到(dao)申報(bao)項目(mu)驗收要(yao)求(qiu);三是要(yao)充(chong)分發(fa)揮黨和政(zheng)府(fu)密切(qie)聯(lian)系(xi)農(nong)(nong)民(min)群(qun)眾的橋梁紐帶作用,進一步(bu)抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)生產服(fu)(fu)務(wu)、農(nong)(nong)村(cun)現代流通、農(nong)(nong)產品供(gong)應等重點(dian)工(gong)(gong)作,切(qie)實(shi)打(da)造(zao)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)農(nong)(nong)民(min)生產生活的綜合平臺,強化省(sheng)屬社(she)有企(qi)業(ye)(ye)為(wei)(wei)農(nong)(nong)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)功能,努(nu)力開(kai)創(chuang)經(jing)濟效益和社(she)會效益雙贏新局(ju)面(mian)。
鄧華表態,資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)縣作(zuo)為省(sheng)供(gong)銷社試(shi)點縣與棉麻集團(tuan)(tuan)轉型發(fa)展的重要(yao)支撐點,集團(tuan)(tuan)將(jiang)持(chi)(chi)續投入、精(jing)心(xin)打(da)(da)造。一是(shi)緊緊圍繞“資(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)血橙”產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye),針(zhen)對市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)出路精(jing)準(zhun)布局業(ye)(ye)態,做(zuo)強(qiang)高端(duan)銷售(shou)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang),增強(qiang)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)轉化(hua)能力,“圍繞園區抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品,抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好產(chan)(chan)(chan)品促產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)”,讓血橙鮮果利用率和產(chan)(chan)(chan)品附加值邁上新(xin)(xin)臺(tai)階;二是(shi)堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)與質量同手抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua),做(zuo)到精(jing)心(xin)組織、高效(xiao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。在確保(bao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全和質量的前提下(xia),緊盯節(jie)點、倒排工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)、掛圖作(zuo)戰,全力以赴推(tui)進項目建(jian)設(she),確保(bao)項目在8月(yue)前做(zuo)到全面投運(yun);三是(shi)加快產(chan)(chan)(chan)品研發(fa)腳(jiao)步,在今年(nian)推(tui)出特色產(chan)(chan)(chan)品,搶(qiang)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)優質年(nian)輕市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)。下(xia)一步,集團(tuan)(tuan)將(jiang)在省(sheng)社黨(dang)組、省(sheng)供(gong)投集團(tuan)(tuan)黨(dang)委的堅(jian)強(qiang)領導(dao)下(xia),按(an)照(zhao)“三專”(專注、專業(ye)(ye)、專長(chang))“三可(ke)”(可(ke)靠、可(ke)控、可(ke)信)要(yao)求,聚焦主責主業(ye)(ye),用好用活(huo)聯(lian)合(he)(he)合(he)(he)作(zuo)機制,明確“發(fa)揮大(da)(da)(da)優勢、打(da)(da)通大(da)(da)(da)渠道、瞄準(zhun)大(da)(da)(da)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)、構建(jian)大(da)(da)(da)平臺(tai)”四大(da)(da)(da)方向,著力打(da)(da)造川內(nei)(nei)、國(guo)內(nei)(nei)統一大(da)(da)(da)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)和國(guo)外(wai)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)相結合(he)(he)的國(guo)內(nei)(nei)一流農(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品供(gong)應(ying)鏈平臺(tai),做(zuo)大(da)(da)(da)做(zuo)強(qiang)為農(nong)服(fu)務產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye),提升為農(nong)服(fu)務能力,助(zhu)力新(xin)(xin)供(gong)銷,助(zhu)推(tui)新(xin)(xin)時代更高水(shui)平“天(tian)府糧倉”建(jian)設(she)和鄉村(cun)振興。
